Personal data obtained by ParentPort (for example via the “Have Your Say” section of the ParentPort website) shall not be held on our systems for longer than is required to pass it to the correct regulator - less than a minute.
Where ParentPort passes your personal data to the appropriate regulator, you will be notified which regulator holds your data as a result . Once passed to the regulator in question, the data will not be processed in a manner incompatible with our common purpose of setting and enforcing standards across the media to protect children from inappropriate material.
