The BPI and its member record labels have developed a Parental Advisory Scheme. It helps parents identify songs and music videos that might be inappropriate for children.

If you are unsure whether a game is suitable for your child you can find many reviews online. The website Ask About Games is particularly helpful in providing parental information on games.
