As of 3 April 2017, complaints about a programme on a BBC TV or radio channel or the BBC iPlayer should be made directly to the BBC in the first instance.

If, after going through the BBC’s complaints process, you are dissatisfied with the final response from the BBC, you can refer your complaint to Ofcom by visiting Ofcom’s website and providing the relevant supporting information about your complaint.
